Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries in regards to the purchased items or sizes. We are happy to help and answer any questions you may have. We always hope that you are happy with your order but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us. If that’s the case then simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. All items must be returned in unused condition and free from signs of wear. They also need to be in their original packaging, so please hold onto all packaging in the event that you change your mind about a purchase. Please note that the customer (buyer) is responsible for the cost of returning any items

Cancellation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The fourteen day period starts from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal please contact us (Dowe GmbH, Erzgebiergstr. 4, 73466 Lauchheim, Tel.: 07363 95 290-0, E-Mail: info@dowe.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to cancel your order.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to cancel your order before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make any refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The purchaser is responsible for the costs of returning the goods. The fees for cash on delivery or express surcharges will not be reimbursed. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functionality.
