Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with all our deliveries. Sometimes, items might not meet your expectations or may not be as anticipated. Of course, you can return such items within 14 days. However, we kindly ask you to select your items carefully, as returns incur high costs for our company. If you have any questions about an item or its size, please contact us! We are happy to provide you with information.

Important: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and without signs of wear. Therefore, please keep the packaging until you have made your final purchase decision!

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dowe GmbH, Erzgebirgsstraße 4, 73466 Lauchheim, Tel.: 07363 95 290-0, Email: info@dowe.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. Fees for cash on delivery or express surcharges will not be refunded. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
