Order Process

To ensure a smooth execution of your order and to avoid misunderstandings, please follow the order process outlined below.

If you have any questions, we are always available to assist you!

1. We will prepare a custom quotation for you.
2. We will send you original samples and sizing sets for fitting so you can experience our premium quality firsthand.
3. Place your order with quantities and sizes.
4. An invoice for 50% of the total amount will be issued (advance payment required).
5. Submit your data* (graphics and logos).
6. Discuss and design the artwork.
7. You will receive a proof before production to check for accuracy.
8. After approving the proof, production will commence.
9. Production time is 3-8 weeks (express deliveries upon request).
10. Pay the remaining 50% plus shipping costs ex-works.
11. Delivery of the goods.

*Data should be provided as vector graphics (eps/ai/pdf). Data and template processing, as well as digitalization of supplied data (if quality is insufficient), will be charged according to the effort required and agreed upon with you.
