1. Chest circumference: Measure around the widest point of the chest. Wrap the measuring tape under the armpits.
2. Waist circumference: Measure at the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
3. Hip circumference: Stand with feet together and measure at the fullest part of the hips. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
4. Torso length: Measure from the collarbone to the hip bone. Measure perpendicular to the ground.
6. Height: Measure from the soles of the feet to the top of the head (without shoes).
